Job summary

HRD House is seeking a senior Mechanical Engineer for a reputed pharmaceutical company in Baddi to drive end-to-end formulation plant execution from design through commissioning and commercial rollout.

The candidate will lead equipment installation, calibration, validation and ensure compliance with cGMP/EHS standards while coordinating schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• BE Mechanical with 10+ years of experience in all dosage form pharmaceutical plant projects.
• Knowledge of executing projects from design, commissioning to commercial execution.
• Experience in installation, commissioning, validation and qualification activities for aseptic equipment and clean utilities.
• Strong exposure to equipment installation, utilities, HVAC, civil works, electrical/instrumentation and plant modifications.
• Ability to prepare calibration schedules and training plans for technical teams; adept at audits by internal and external regulators.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end execution of pharmaceutical formulation projects including design, commissioning and commercial execution.
• Prepare/review URS, technical specifications, layouts, equipment specifications and project documentation.

Role & responsibilities

1. Candidate will be based at Plant of reputed Pharmaceutical Company in Baddi and will be responsible for end-to-end execution of pharmaceutical formulation projects including designing, commissioning till final execution & commercial execution for all dosage form.

2. Candidate will be responsible for Prepare/review URS, technical specifications, layouts, equipment specifications and project documentation.

3. Candidate will be responsible for handling equipment breakdowns with minimum downtime and performing root-cause analysis in all dosage form.

4. Candidate will be responsible Ensure projects are executed in compliance with cGMP/GMP, EHS, statutory and regulatory requirements.

5. Candidate will be responsible for Prepare project schedules, budgets, resource plans and execution milestones.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Candidate should be B.E. in Mechanical with 10+ years of experience in all dosage form Formulation pharmaceutical plant projects.

2. Candidate should have good knowledge of supporting project execution and project coordination with for all dosage form facilities, ensuring timely completion of projects, and driving installation, commissioning, validation, and qualification activities for aseptic equipment and clean utilities.

3. Candidate should have good knowledge of preparing calibration schedules for equipment, preparing training schedules for technical teams, and confidently facing internal and external regulatory audits.

4. Candidate should have good knowledge of Installation and commissioning completion, GMP/EHS compliance.

5. Candidate should have good knowledge of Strong exposure to equipment installation, utilities, HVAC, civil works, electrical/instrumentation and plant modifications.
