Job summary

Hector And Streak Consulting seeks a seasoned Manager Projects in Hyderabad to lead greenfield and brownfield manufacturing initiatives. You will manage line installations, capacity expansions, and project controls from concept to commissioning, ensuring timely delivery and strong OEE improvements.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in project engineering, capex, and plant setup, with exposure to NPD/EPD and technology transfer across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• BE Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering from a reputed institute.
• 15+ years of experience in Project Engineering, Capex Management and Plant Setup.
• Greenfield and Brownfield manufacturing projects from concept to commissioning.
• Experience in line installation, plant expansion, utilities planning, equipment procurement and capacity enhancement.
• Experience in NPD, EPD, commercialization and technology transfer.
• Exposure to managing projects across multiple manufacturing locations including third-party copackers.

Responsibilities

• Lead greenfield and brownfield projects including new plant setups and capacity expansion.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets and resource allocation.
• Drive project execution through all stages.
• Ensure timely completion to support growth and peak-season demand.
• Prepare, evaluate and secure approvals for Capex proposals.
• Manage project budgets and adherence to expenditure.
• Partner with Procurement for vendor selection and cost benchmarking.
• Align milestones with business priorities and launch timelines.
• Oversee vendor performance, contracts and deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety and regulatory standards.
• Lead equipment installation, commissioning, qualification and validation.
• Drive rapid stabilization post-commissioning through OEE and yield improvements.
• Handover to manufacturing with SOPs, documentation and training.
• Identify and mitigate project risks related to timelines, costs and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and environmental norms.

• - BE Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering from a reputed institute Beverage manufacturing industries only
• - 15+ years of experience in Project Engineering, Capex Management, Plant Setup.
• - Proven experience in managing Greenfield and Brownfield manufacturing projects from concept to commissioning.
• - Strong experience in line installation, plant expansion, utilities planning, equipment procurement, and capacity enhancement projects.
• - Experience in driving New Product Development (NPD), Existing Product Development (EPD), commercialization, and technology transfer projects.
• - Exposure to managing projects across multiple manufacturing locations, including third-party manufacturing / copacker operations.

• * Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks related to timelines, costs, quality, and compliance.
• * Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations, safety standards, environmental requirements, and statutory norms.
• * Maintain project governance and audit readiness throughout the project lifecycle.

Technical Competencies
