Roles and Responsibilities - Lean Six Sigma Facilitator
Responsible for continuously driving a culture of excellence in the organization.
improvements, cycle time reductions, cost reductions and other activities aimed at
reducing/eliminating non-value-added activities in the process.
New process improvements in bottleneck areas to reduce cycle time, increase
productivity and reduce defects.
Giving presentation to manufacturing Shops /Planning Department for gathering
project requirements.
To Accelerate Proliferation of lean culture throughout the organization by co
leading and facilitating lean deployment.
Ensuring continuous improvement in product quality to enhance customer
satisfaction and increase the production performance.
Daily review meeting to be conducted, debug WIP, scrap and summary of the KPI
score card should be used to drive for improvements.
Executing cost saving techniques to achieve substantial reduction in expenditures
within the budget and reduction of in process rejection using Lean tools.
Analyzing production performance with respect to customer delivery index and
planned efficiency.
Perform assessment of LMT Operations/supply Chain/Office and drive initiatives
to close gaps.
Create and validate processes/standards based on standard work and BPs
ISO 14001:2004 standards by maintenance of requisite documentation.
