Job summary

Adonis Recruitment Consultants is seeking a seasoned engineering professional to lead PED/MED handling and seating/assembly line design. You will develop fixtures, gauges and instruments, while designing fixtures to support efficient production.

The role emphasizes process improvement, time and motion studies, VAVE, and plant layout, with strong focus on lean practices (5S, TPM, TQM) and quality tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP).

Qualifications

• DME/DAE/BE required.
• 5+ years experience with Tier1 Auto Unit in PED/MED.
• Strong skills in process engineering, plant design, seating assembly, Kaizen, Lean manufacturing, TPM, TQM.

Responsibilities

• Lead PED/MED handling and seating or assembly line design.
• Develop assembly fixtures, instruments & gauges, fixture design.
• Drive process improvement, time & motion study, VAVE, plant layout & design.
• Implement lean management practices including 5S, TPM, TQM, FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP.
