Job summary

Adonis Recruitment Consultants in India seeks a SHIFT QA Engineer to handle IPQA for Press Shop, Heat Treatment, Assembly, Painting, Phosphating, Powder Coating or similar processes.

Diploma holders with 2+ years QA in Tier1 auto units are preferred; knowledge of 5S, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 is highly valued. Willing to work at TADA.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder required for QA role in auto manufacturing.
• 2+ years QA experience in Tier1 automotive.
• Experience in Press Shop or Springs manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of 5S, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001, and 7 QC.
• Willing to work at TADA.

Responsibilities

• Handle IPQA for Press Shop, Heat Treatment, Assembly, Painting, Phosphating, Powder Coating or similar processes.
• Work in a SHIFT QA role and coordinate with production to maintain quality.

Job description

Exposure in any of the above process with Sheet Metal or Springs Manufacturing process is highly prederred.

Required Candidate profile

• Only DIPLOMA
• 2+yrs exp into QA with Tier1 Auto unit
• Strong exp in Press Shop / Springs Manufacturing preferred
• Knowledge in 5S / IATF 16949 / ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 / 7 QC
• Willing to work @ TADA
