Job summary

Adonis Recruitment Consultants is seeking a candidate to lead shift production in an auto manufacturing environment in India. The role emphasizes productivity, achieving production targets, ensuring in-process quality, controlling rejections, and strengthening shopfloor management under IATF and ISO standards.

Experience in sheet metal or springs manufacturing is preferred; the candidate should be adept with 5S, TPM, and TQM principles and be willing to work at TADA (site).

Qualifications

• Lead SHIFT PRODUCTION focusing on PRODUCTIVITY, PRODUCTION TARGET ACHIEVEMENT, INPROCESS QUALITY, REJECTION CONTROL, SHOPFLOOR MGMT, IATF, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, INSTRUMENTS & GAUGES HANDLING, 5S, TPM, TQM etc
• Exp in Sheet Metal or Springs preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead shift production focusing on productivity, production target achievement, in-process quality and rejection control.
• Oversee shopfloor management with adherence to IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
