Job summary

Adonis Recruitment Consultants is seeking a Tool Design Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join our design team in Tamil Nadu. You will plan methods and processes based on 2D and 3D geometry, and contribute to designing progressive dies and stamping dies for automotive sheet metal components.

Applicants should hold a Diploma in TOOL DESIGN/TOOL MAKING/DME/NTTF, with strong skills in UG NX and AutoCAD, and proven experience in stamping-dies design and tooling methods.

Qualifications

• Diploma in TOOL DESIGN/TOOL MAKING/DME/NTTF required.
• 4+ years' experience in DESIGN/TOOL DESIGN for Sheet Metal Products.
• Proficiency in UG NX and AutoCAD; strong stamping-dies exposure.

Responsibilities

• Design tools and molds for automotive sheet metal components.
• Plan methods and processes based on 2D and 3D geometry.
• Design progressive dies (2–5 m) and stamping dies.
• Develop and optimize stamping die designs and tooling methods.

Design Tools and Molds for Automotive Sheet Metal Components

Design of methods - plan & processes, based on a 2D and 3D geometry

Design of progressive dies of two to five meters in length, conventional dies and transfer

Design of stamping dies

Required Candidate profile

• Dip in TOOL DESIGN/TOOL MAKING/DME/NTTF
• 4+yrs exp into DESIGN/TOOL DESIGN for Sheet Metal Products
• Strong skills in UG NX, Auto CAD etc
• Strong exp in design of Stamping Dies
• Exp in Designing Methods
