Job summary

Devdort is seeking a skilled Civil Execution Engineer to manage on-site execution for real estate development projects. You will coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely, quality construction delivery.

The role requires hands-on site management, strong technical expertise, and the ability to oversee safety, quality, and reporting across multiple milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering is required.
• Minimum relevant experience in site execution for real estate or infra projects.
• Experience in mid to high-rise building construction is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor civil construction activities per project plan.
• Supervise site operations: excavation, foundation, RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing.
• Ensure adherence to drawings, specs and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects and contractors to resolve issues.
• Track progress and report milestones weekly/daily as needed.
• Ensure safety regulations and compliance with norms on site.
• Maintain records of material consumption and procurements with procurement team.
• Certify contractor and vendor bills timely.

Job Summary:

A skilled Civil Execution Engineer to oversee and manage all on-site execution activities for our real estate development projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, hands-on site management skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality construction delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor all civil construction activities as per the project plan.
• Supervise site operations including excavation, foundation, RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing work.
• Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, and contractors to resolve design and execution issues.
• Track project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Monitor material consumption and requisition of materials in coordination with the procurement team.
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with statutory and site-specific norms.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure that rework is minimized.
• Liaise with project managers and clients for updates and reporting.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site.
• Monitor contractor and Vendor performance, ensuring high standards of workmanship for site activities.
• Ensure timely certification of Contractor and Vendor bills.

Preferred Skills:

• 5 years of experience in site execution in real estate or infrastructure projects
