Docdort is seeking a skilled Civil Execution Engineer to oversee all on-site activities for real estate development projects in India.

The role requires hands-on site management, coordination with contractors and consultants, and ensuring timely, quality construction delivery.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of site execution experience in real estate or infrastructure projects.
• Exposure to mid to high-rise building construction.
• Experience working with contractors, vendors, and cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor civil construction activities as per the project plan.
• Supervise site operations including excavation, foundation, RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing work.
• Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, and contractors to resolve design and execution issues.
• Track project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Monitor material consumption and requisition of materials in coordination with procurement.
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with statutory and site-specific norms.
• Conduct quality checks and minimize rework.
• Liaise with project managers and clients for updates and reporting.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site.
• Monitor contractor and vendor performance, ensuring high standards of workmanship.
• Ensure timely certification of Contractor and Vendor bills.
