Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and meet sales targets for educational programs or services.
• Conduct counseling sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Stay updated on educational trends and developments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
• Assess student needs and provide personalized guidance.
• Provide academic, career, and personal guidance to students based on their interests.
• Assess students’ strengths, challenges, and learning needs through interviews, assessments, and records.
• Assist students with course selection, academic planning, and educational pathways.
• Offer career counseling, including guidance on career options, vocational choices, and higher education opportunities.
• Support students in developing study skills, time management, and goal-setting.
