Job summary

Birlasoft is seeking an experienced SFMC Project Support Consultant to drive implementation and support of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and MC Next projects. You will work on complex integrations with Salesforce CRM, SFTP, and third-party systems, while optimizing performance and data models.

The role requires strong AMPScript/SSJS/SQL skills, hands-on experience across Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Content Builder, and the ability to manage client meetings and demos

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Data Cloud, and MC Next implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience with AMPScript, SSJS, SQL, REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, MC Next, SFTP and third-party systems.
• Strong SFMC Administration, platform setup, configuration, and user access management.
• Experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, Cloud Pages, Contact Builder, Intelligence Reports, and Multilingual Omni Channel Messaging.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SFMC platform implementation and support activities.
• Collaborate with clients to implement end-to-end SFMC solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues related to Journeys, Automations, AMPScript, SSJS and SQL.
• Assist in data modelling, integration use cases, and performance tuning.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations and demos.
