Job summary

YASH Technologies is seeking a ServiceNow professional with 5–8 years of overall experience and at least 3 years in ITSM custom development and implementation. The candidate should be proficient in ITOM and ITAM (HAM & SAM) with hands-on experience in ITSM modules, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and orchestration.

You will work independently or in a team, communicating complex concepts clearly and delivering client-focused solutions in a dynamic project environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 5–8 years in ServiceNow with at least 3+ years in ServiceNow ITSM custom development & implementation.
• Experience in ITOM and ITAM (HAM & SAM) implementations.
• Experience with Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and Orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in all ITSM modules: Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request Management.
• Strong experience writing client scripts, Business Rules, Client Catalog scripts, and ACLs.
• Develop and configure Notification Engine with custom notification tags.
• Create Service Request Definitions (SRD) using standard and Advanced levels.
• Work on web services, fetch data to vendor form, and configure Mid-Tier.
• Utilize data management tools to update values in bulk.

Responsibilities:

• A ServiceNow professional should be proficient in all the modules of the ITSM suite (IncidentManagement, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service request Management).
• It is a must to have good experience in writing client scripts, Business Rules, Client catalog scripts, ACLs in theprogramming language.
• Should work on Notification Engine by creating custom notification tags.
• They must create Service Request Definitions (SRD) using a standard process as well as an Advanced level.
• Should have working experience in creating web services, fetching the data to vendor form, and configuring Mid-Tier.
• Should possess sound knowledge to use the data management tool to update the values in bulk.
