Job summary

W3Global in Hyderabad is seeking talented recruiters to join our expanding team. This role focuses on Canada non-IT recruitment across engineering, finance, banking, and other sectors, leveraging your sourcing, screening, and ATS skills to meet KPI targets.

You will work with cross-functional teams, use LinkedIn and job boards, and drive the end-to-end recruitment process from candidate discovery to onboarding, with incentives and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Canada Non-IT Recruitment
• Expertise in Engineering, Construction, Finance, Banking, Automotive, Legal recruitment
• Proficiency with LinkedIn RPS, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and more
• Track record of meeting goals and KPIs
• Proficiency using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
• Strong sourcing skills and Boolean search expertise
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Source candidates across non-IT domains for multiple roles
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Coordinate with hiring managers and coordinate interview schedules
• Maintain accurate ATS data and report KPI progress

Salary range: (Negotiable based on relevant experience) + Performance Incentives up to 24 Lakhs

Work timings: 7:30 PM IST - 4:30 AM IST
