W3Global in Chennai invites freshers to join as Associate Recruiter for US Staffing. This is a night-shift role (IST 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM) with office-based work. Excellent spoken English and phone communication skills are essential.

Comprehensive training and uncapped incentives await high performers. You will source, screen, and engage candidates for US-based roles across industries, working closely with recruiters and managers to fill positions efficiently.

Qualifications
