Job Summary

Senior Associate - Certification Systems will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and supporting critical Certification Systems and environments to ensure seamless execution of certification, testing, onboarding, and operational activities across various payment products and platforms.

The role requires ownership of certification environments, ensuring their availability, stability, performance, and security while maintaining high standards of operational excellence.

The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end deployment management, including application releases, configuration changes, upgrades, patch implementation, and environment readiness activities.

The individual will proactively monitor system health, performance metrics, service availability, and capacity utilization to identify potential issues and take preventive actions before they impact business operations.

A key aspect of the role involves troubleshooting complex application, infrastructure, database, network, certificate, and connectivity-related issues.

The candidate will be expected to drive incident management activities, perform detailed root cause analysis (RCA), implement corrective and preventive measures, and continuously improve the reliability of certification systems.

The role also requires strong technical expertise in Linux-based environments, databases, middleware components, monitoring tools, and enterprise applications.
