National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) invites applications for Senior Associate Certification Runtech in Hyderabad. The role requires 2–5 years of experience and BE/BTech/MTech qualification.

You will manage certification systems, deploy changes, monitor performance and coordinate with banks and partners to ensure smooth certification activities. Responsibilities include major incident management, automation initiatives, and proactive monitoring to improve reliability.

• Execute deployments, changes, upgrades and releases across platforms.
• Monitor system health, performance and uptime; identify and resolve issues.
• Provide end-to-end runtime support for application, infra, DB and network issues.
• Coordinate with banks, partners and stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Drive major incident management and RCA with preventive actions.
• Implement automation using scripting and AI tools to reduce manual effort.
• Improve service reliability via proactive monitoring and capacity planning.
• Maintain technical docs, procedures, knowledge bases and reports.
• Contribute to modernization through innovation and automation initiatives.

• Support banks and partners during certification activities
• Drive resolution of complex runtime issues within SLA
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and stakeholders for resolution
• Implement automation to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
• Perform proactive monitoring, trend analysis and service improvements
• Prepare RCA reports and recommend preventive actions
