Job summary

Allegis Group in Pune, India, is seeking a Senior Controls Manager to join the CIB & HCIB Technology Chief Control Office team. You will support the technology risk and controls agenda and act as a SME for internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires expertise in technology controls, IT audit, risk management, and the ability to work across the three Lines of Defence, coordinate with regulators such as RBI, and deliver timely evidence and updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in Technology Risk, Technology Controls, IT Audit, Risk Management, Operations or Regulatory Audit.
• Strong understanding of technology controls.
• Knowledge of software development, technology architecture, platforms and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the CIB & HCIB Technology risk and controls agenda.
• Partner with stakeholders across the three Lines of Defence (3 LODs).
• Act as a technology controls SME for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support engagements with external regulators, including RBI.
• Analyse risk and control information, regulatory circulars and questionnaires.
• Monitor the effectiveness of the technology control environment and identify areas for improvement.
• Support issue management, internal events and risk-framework activities.
• Own governance activities related to regulatory testing and ensure timely completion of actions.
• Provide senior management with updates on regulatory deliverables, risks and concerns.
• Facilitate internal testing and ensure timely submission of supporting evidence.
• Identify trends and support the development and implementation of risk management and regulatory frameworks.

• Act as a technology controls SME for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support engagements with external regulators, including RBI.

What We're Looking For

• Strong understanding of technology controls.
• Good knowledge of areas such as software development, technology architecture, platforms and resilience.
• Experience identifying and resolving technology/risk-related issues.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within stringent timelines.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.

Certifications

Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC or CCSP is Mandatory
