Job summary

Genpact in India seeks a Sr. Associate HRSS for Employee Lifecycle Management handling onboarding, data changes and lifecycle events. Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Switzerland HRSS transactions across onboarding, data changes, transfers, exits and documentation.
• Handle employee and HR queries through case management, email and HR service channels.
• Maintain employee data and HR records in HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support Switzerland-specific HR processes, policies and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with Payroll, HR, Benefits, Mobility and other teams to resolve requests.
• Maintain SOPs, knowledge articles and support process changes.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and internal controls including Swiss/EU rules.

Inviting applications for the role of Manager HRSS – Switzerland Role Purpose We are looking for an HRSS professional to manage Switzerland-specific HR operations and provide accurate, timely and employee-focused HR support across the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day Switzerland HRSS transactions covering employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, employee data changes, transfers, exits and documentation. • Handle employee and HR queries through case management, email and HR service channels, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. • Maintain employee data and HR records in relevant HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. • Support Switzerland-specific HR processes, policies, documentation and statutory requirements. • Coordinate with Payroll, HR, Benefits, Mobility and other internal teams to resolve employee requests and dependencies. • Maintain process documentation, SOPs and knowledge articles and support process changes. • Ensure compliance with data privacy, confidentiality and internal controls, including Switzerland/EU data protection requirements where applicable.
