Job summary

Genpact invites applications for the role of HRSS Specialist – Switzerland, focusing on employee lifecycle operations within a global, AI-enabled environment. You will manage onboarding, data changes, and queries while ensuring accuracy and compliance in Switzerland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degrees in Commerce, Economics, or Finance are required.
• MBA or Master’s in Business Analytics with HR certifications is preferred.
• Professional HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP are valued.
• Experience in global HRO/SHRSS environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage Switzerland HRSS transactions across onboarding, data changes, transfers and exits.
• Handle employee and HR queries via case management, email, and HR channels.
• Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality in HRIS and systems.
• Support Switzerland-specific HR processes, policies, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with Payroll, Benefits, Mobility and other teams to resolve requests.
• Perform validation and quality checks before completing transactions.
• Contribute to process improvements and standardisation.

Role Purpose

We are looking for an HRSS professional to manage Switzerland-specific HR operations and provide accurate, timely and employee-focused HR support across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• • Manage day-to-day Switzerland HRSS transactions covering employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, employee data changes, transfers, exits and documentation.
• • Handle employee and HR queries through case management, email and HR service channels, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
• • Maintain employee data and HR records in relevant HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• • Support Switzerland-specific HR processes, policies, documentation and statutory requirements.
• • Coordinate with Payroll, HR, Benefits, Mobility and other internal teams to resolve employee requests and dependencies.
• • Perform required validation, quality checks and controls before completing transactions.
• • Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvement, automation and standardisation.
• • Maintain process documentation, SOPs and knowledge articles and support process changes.
• • Ensure compliance with data privacy, confidentiality and internal controls, including Switzerland/EU data protection requirements where applicable.

Required Skills

• • Strong understanding of HR Operations / HR Shared Services
• • Experience working with HR case management and HRIS platforms
• • Good knowledge of employee lifecycle processes
• • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• • Excellent written and verbal communication
• • Ability to work with confidential employee information

Preferred

• • Experience supporting Switzerland or European HR operations
• • Exposure to Swiss HR practices, payroll, benefits or employment administration
• • Knowledge of German/French/Italian is an advantage
• • Experience in a global HRO / HR Shared Services environment
