Job summary

Genpact India Pvt. Ltd. invites applications for the role of Manager HRSS – Switzerland. You will manage day-to-day Switzerland HRSS transactions across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate data, timely responses, and compliance with local and EU regulations.

You will collaborate with Payroll, Benefits and other internal teams to resolve requests, maintain documentation, and support process improvements in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher qualifications in commerce, economics or finance.
• Advanced degrees in business or analytics are desirable.
• HR certifications (PHR/SHRM) strengthen candidacy.
• Experience in HR operations and shared services is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Switzerland HRSS lifecycle activities including onboarding, data changes, transfers, exits and documentation.
• Handle employee and HR queries via case management and HR channels with timely, accurate responses.
• Maintain employee data and HR records in HRIS systems with strict confidentiality.
• Support Switzerland-specific HR processes, policies and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with Payroll, Benefits, Mobility and internal teams to resolve requests.
• Maintain SOPs, knowledge articles and support process changes.
• Ensure data privacy and internal controls including Switzerland/EU data protection.

Role Purpose

We are looking for an HRSS professional to manage Switzerland-specific HR operations and provide accurate, timely and employee-focused HR support across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Switzerland HRSS transactions covering employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, employee data changes, transfers, exits and documentation.
• Handle employee and HR queries through case management, email and HR service channels, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
• Maintain employee data and HR records in relevant HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support Switzerland-specific HR processes, policies, documentation and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with Payroll, HR, Benefits, Mobility and other internal teams to resolve employee requests and dependencies.
• Maintain process documentation, SOPs and knowledge articles and support process changes.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, confidentiality and internal controls, including Switzerland/EU data protection requirements where applicable.

Required Skills

• Experience working with HR case management and HRIS platforms
• Good knowledge of employee lifecycle processes
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work with confidential employee information

Preferred

• Exposure to Swiss HR practices, payroll, benefits or employment administration
• Knowledge of German/French/Italian is an advantage
• Experience in a global HRO / HR Shared Services environment
