Job summary

Genpact is seeking an HRSS Manager to oversee Switzerland-specific HR operations, ensuring accurate employee data and timely support across onboarding, changes, transfers, and exits. You will manage case resolution, data privacy, and coordination with Payroll and Benefits teams.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in HRSS, strong HRIS knowledge, and a mindset for process improvement, with German/French/Italian language skills a plus.
