Job summary

Genpact India Pvt. Ltd. invites applications for the role of Manager HRSS – Switzerland. You will manage day-to-day HRSS transactions across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, data changes, transfers, and exits, while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate has strong HR operations experience, exposure to Switzerland HR practices, and proficiency with HRIS tools. You will collaborate with Payroll, Benefits and Compliance teams to deliver timely, customer-focused service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Inviting applications for the role of Manager HRSS – Switzerland

Role Purpose We are looking for an HRSS professional to manage Switzerland‑specific HR operations and provide accurate, timely and employee‑focused HR support across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day Switzerland HRSS transactions covering employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, employee data changes, transfers, exits and documentation.
• Should be a people manager and have done client interaction with minimum of 2 years of expereince.
• Handle employee and HR queries through case management, email and HR service channels, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
• Maintain employee data and HR records in relevant HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support Switzerland‑specific HR processes, policies, documentation and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with Payroll, HR, Benefits, Mobility and other internal teams to resolve employee requests and dependencies.
• Perform required validation, quality checks and controls before completing transactions.
• Track and deliver cases within agreed SLA/TAT and quality targets.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvement, automation and standardisation.
• Maintain process documentation, SOPs and knowledge articles and support process changes.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, confidentiality and internal controls, including Switzerland/EU data protection requirements where applicable.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of HR Operations / HR Shared Services. Experience working with HR case management and HRIS platforms. Good knowledge of employee lifecycle processes. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities. Strong analytical, problem‑solving and process‑improvement mindset. Ability to work with confidential employee information.

Preferred Experience supporting Switzerland or European HR operations. Exposure to Swiss HR practices, payroll, benefits or employment administration. Knowledge of German/French/Italian is an advantage. Experience in a global HRO / HR Shared Services environment.
