Job summary

Genpact in India is hiring for a Specialist in Talent Acquisition to support end-to-end TA activities, candidate management, onboarding administration, and stakeholder communications. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, Management, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Ops, Recruitment Coordination, or HR Shared Services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with data accuracy.
• Exposure to ATS and HRIS platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communications across the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain candidate records with complete, accurate recruitment documentation.
• Assist onboarding: collect documents, manage pre-joining formalities, support new hire integration.
• Track hiring requirements and support recruitment demand assessments.
• Provide timely updates on progress and open positions to hiring managers.
• Coordinate recruitment events, campaigns, inductions, and engagement activities.
• Prepare periodic reports and recruitment metrics for management review.

Inviting applications for the role of Specialist(4B), Switzerland Role Purpose Support end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities by assisting with recruitment coordination, candidate management, onboarding administration, stakeholder communication, reporting, and documentation to ensure a seamless hiring experience and timely fulfilment of workforce requirements. Responsibilities • Support the recruitment lifecycle by coordinating interview schedules, candidate communications, and hiring activities. • Maintain candidate records and ensure all recruitment documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date. • Facilitate onboarding activities by collecting required documents, managing pre-joining formalities, and supporting new hire integration. • Assist in workforce planning activities by tracking hiring requirements and supporting recruitment demand assessments. • Support hiring managers and stakeholders by providing timely updates on recruitment progress and open positions. • Coordinate recruitment events, hiring campaigns, induction sessions, and engagement activities. • Track candidate pipelines and ensure timely progression through recruitment stages. • Support the administration of recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, and talent databases. • Handle candidate, employee, and stakeholder queries related to recruitment and onboarding processes. • Process and manage recruitment-related tickets, requests, and service inquiries within defined service levels. • Prepare periodic reports, presentations, and recruitment metrics for management review. • Maintain recruitment documentation, process guidelines, and compliance records. • Support audit, compliance, and data quality activities related to recruitment and onboarding. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing recruitment processes, candidate experience, and operational efficiency.
