Job summary

Genpact in Jaipur is seeking a Sr. Analyst - Process Analytics in Supply Chain - Procurement to drive procurement operations and analytics. You will manage the order-to-supplier process, negotiate with suppliers, monitor SLAs, and coordinate inventory while pushing continuous improvement and automation initiatives.

Qualified candidates will have a related bachelor’s degree, strong procurement experience, and familiarity with SAP S/4HANA; exposure to VBA/Power Apps for automation is a plus.

Qualifications

Job Description Key Responsibilities

• Procurement & Order Management: Manage the order-to-supplier process from requisition to delivery. Issue purchase orders and ensure timely fulfilment from suppliers. Track order status and update internal teams on delivery timelines.
• Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of service with suppliers. Handle vendor inquiries and resolve order discrepancies.
• Service Level & Backorder Reporting: Monitor supplier performance and compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs). Create regular reports on backorders, delivery times, and service levels. Implement corrective actions with suppliers for underperformance.
• Inventory & Stock Management Support: Collaborate with inventory teams to ensure stock levels meet operational needs. Assist in managing backorders and prioritizing urgent stock replenishments.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within procurement workflows. Support procurement cost-saving initiatives and supplier performance improvement. Understands VBA or Power apps for capitalising on automation opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, or related field. Experience in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain. Familiarity with order-to-supplier processes, inventory management, and reporting. Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor relationship skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in procurement or ERP systems (SAP S4Hana). Experience with service-level reporting and performance tracking is a plus.
