Job summary

Genpact in Hyderabad is seeking a Sr. Analyst - Process Analytics in Supply Chain - Procurement to drive procurement efficiency and performance. You will design and implement procurement strategies, evaluate supplier performance, and manage vendor relationships to ensure best pricing and terms.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, monitor KPIs, and stay ahead of industry trends through market research, ensuring compliance across processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or MBA in business-related field with procurement exposure.
• Professional procurement certifications are a plus.
• Experience in procurement analytics or SCM is preferred.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work across functions to meet procurement goals.
