Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Senior Analyst to drive process analytics across Supply Chain and Procurement. You will develop procurement strategies, analyze supplier performance, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize costs and efficiency.

The role requires strong analytics, procurement knowledge, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business Analytics, CS, Statistics or related).
• Master’s degree in Data Science or related field is a plus.
• Certifications in procurement or supply chain are favorable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to streamline operations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and assess needs.
• Analyze supplier performance and negotiate contracts for optimal pricing and terms.
• Monitor and evaluate procurement KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve issues that may arise.
• Oversee the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
