Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Associate for S&P - Procurement Ops to drive procurement excellence. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders to validate requirements, perform supplier market research, and negotiate favorable terms to optimize costs. You will monitor activities for compliance and contribute to continuous process improvements.

The role emphasizes data-driven sourcing, AP flow efficiency, and leveraging Genpact’s AI-powered procurement capabilities in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management; Masters in Operations Management; CPP certification.
• CPP certification by IIPMR is preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather and validate procurement requirements.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and vendors, assess capabilities, quality, and pricing.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to secure favorable agreements and maximize cost efficiency.
• Monitor and track procurement activities to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze procurement data to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of sourcing activities, supplier performance, and procurement decisions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending enhancements to procurement processes, tools, and vendor management practices.
