Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Analyst - Process Analytics in Procurement to drive procurement strategies, analyze supplier performance, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, KPI monitoring, and adherence to procurement policies. Based in an innovation-driven environment, you will work with cross-functional teams to optimize sourcing, enhance supplier collaboration, and deliver measurable business impact through analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Business Analytics, CS, or Statistics with strong analytical foundation.
• Masters in Data Science or related field preferred for advanced analytics.
• Experience applying procurement analytics to supplier performance and cost optimization.
