Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or related field required.
• Masters degree in Operations Management or related field preferred.
• Relevant certifications in procurement or supply chain are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing category-specific sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.
• Identify and evaluate key suppliers, supporting contract negotiations to secure favorable terms.
• Monitor supplier performance, maintaining strong relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and timely delivery.
• Analyze market trends, pricing, and industry developments to support informed sourcing decisions and achieve best value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business requirements and objectives.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of supplier evaluations, contracts, and sourcing activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes and category management effectiveness.
