Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Specialist - S&P - Procurement Ops to lead end-to-end procurement activities, drive cost savings, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.

Responsibilities span sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration to align procurement with strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degrees in business, industrial engineering, logistics or supply chain management.
• Master's in operations management is a plus.
• Experience with procurement processes and supplier management is desirable.

Conduct supplier evaluations, performance reviews, and audits to drive continuous improvement and maintain high service standards. Develop, update, and enforce procurement policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with regulatory requirements. Support process improvement initiatives and adoption of digital or analytical tools to enhance procurement effectiveness and decision-making.
