Job summary

Fullife Healthcare in Gurugram, Haryana is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage ledger reconciliations between company and customer records across online and offline sales channels.

You will work with sales teams and internal departments to investigate discrepancies, must have strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience in FMCG accounting.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of accounting and reconciliations.
• Good Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and basic data analysis
• Attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of transactions, Good coordination and follow-up skills
• Experience in FMCG, Retail, E-commerce or Quick Commerce accounting is needed

Responsibilities

• Regular reconciliation of company ledger vs customer ledger across multiple online and offline channels.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in sales, collections, discounts, schemes, deductions and outstanding balances.
• Coordinate with customers, sales teams and internal departments to investigate and close reconciliation differences.

• Coordinate with customers, sales teams and internal departments to investigate and close reconciliation differences.
