Job summary

Burgundy Hospitality in Mumbai seeks an Accounts Receivable executive to manage reconciliations, voucher entries, and GST/taxation support. You will handle bank reconciliations, resolve receivables queries, and ensure accurate tally entries across multiple states.

The role requires B.Com with 1–3 years’ experience, strong communication, and proficiency in Tally and MS Office. Candidates should be prepared for on-site work in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in B.Com with 1–3 years in the Accounts Receivable function.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Deep domain expertise in Tally and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile bank and account balances, verify retail, online, and website sales against receivables.
• Identify, communicate and resolve store, branch and brand sales receivable queries.
• Enter vouchers of sales and collections.
• Monthly 2A Reconciliation for all 5 states.
• Support GST and taxation work.
• Prepare TDS workings and payments.
• Record accounting entries in Tally per taxation norms.

Responsibilities:

• Reconciling bank and account balances including reconciling receivables against bank statement, verifying retail sales, online sales and website sales


• Identifying, communicating and resolving store, branch and brand queries relating to sales, receivables.


• Entering vouchers of sales and collection


• Monthly 2A Reconcilaition for all 5 States


• Supporting In GST & Taxation Work


• Preparation of TDS working and Payment


• Accurately record all accounting entries in tally as per Taxation norms

Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in B. Com with between 1 3 Years in the Account Receivable function


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Deep domain expertise in Tally and MS Office (Pivot table and V-loop up) suite of tools
