Job description

The Specification – Manager is under Marketing Function working under Business Head. His/her role is to specify product to Architect and get approval from Government projects as well as normal Projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Business Generation through Architectural base, Builder base/ Contractor base, Applicator base, Dealer & Distributor base.
• Scheduling meeting with clients for new business.
• Business generation should include different sectors like Industrial, Institutional, Hospitality/ Medical/ Pharma/ Infrastructural/ Housing
• Specify product to Architect, Builder and Applicator & Distributor.

Civil Diploma/B.Tech / BSc.

5-10 years’ experience in construction chemical industry.

Functional Skills

• Good exposure to technical sales & problem solving
• Knowledge of Tax structures, Quotation & order processing
• Handling project Sales/Key Account
• Knowledge of other Construction Chemicals products can be an added advantage
• Should be able to handle a team.
• Problem solving ability & High level of self-motivation
