Job summary

Aludecor Lamination in Bengaluru is seeking a Specification Manager to build relationships with architects, consultants, designers and builders and to drive ACP product specifications.

You will identify projects from design to execution, conduct product presentations, promote products and coordinate with sales and project teams to achieve targets. Minimum 2 years experience and B.Tech or Diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with architects, consultants, designers, and builders.
• Generate project leads and ensure ACP product specifications.
• Identify upcoming projects and track them from design to execution.
• Conduct product presentations and technical discussions.
• Promote company products and achieve specification targets.
• Coordinate with sales and project teams for successful project conversion.
• Monitor competitor products and market activities.
• Maintain project and specification MIS reports.
