Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care within the assigned clinical specialty.
• Assess patients and monitor clinical condition and treatment response.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments within professional scope.
• Assist doctors and specialists during specialty procedures.
• Operate and monitor specialty-specific equipment as trained.
• Prepare patients for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Monitor patients for complications and changes in condition.
• Report abnormal findings promptly to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and specialty records.
• Provide patient and caregiver education related to treatment and care.
• Follow specialty-specific clinical protocols and SOPs.
• Implement infection-control and patient-safety practices.
• Coordinate with doctors and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
• Maintain availability and readiness of specialty equipment and supplies.
