A Nursing Supervisor is responsible for supervising nursing activities across assigned shifts or hospital units and ensuring safe, efficient, and quality patient care. The coordinates nursing staff, monitors patient-care standards, manages staffing requirements, and supports effective communication between nursing and clinical teams.
