Job summary

Randstad Enterprise in Pune is seeking a capable Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end candidate screening, interviews and client briefings.

You will build a strong talent pipeline across engineering, IT, health, finance, sales and admin, using ATS and social networks to fill high-volume roles.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and shortlists candidate CVs to present the most qualified candidates to clients
• Administers candidate assessments, tests, or technical evaluations as required by the client
• Prepares candidates for client interviews by providing company background information, interview tips, and role expectations
• Utilizes multiple sourcing methods to identify potential candidates in logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail
• Collaborates with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements
• Facilitates debrief meetings with hiring managers to discuss candidate evaluations
• Maintains regular communication with candidates and updates on status and next steps

• Administers candidate assessments, tests, or technical evaluations as required by the client, ensuring timely completion and review to fulfill high-volume staffing needs
• Prepares candidates for client interviews by providing company background information, interview tips, and role expectations for operational job opportunities
• Utilizes multiple sourcing methods, including social media, job fairs, and networking events, to identify potential candidates in the area of logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail
• Collaborates with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and define job requirements for the required roles accurately
• Facilitates debrief meetings with hiring managers to discuss candidate evaluations and make informed hiring decisions
• Maintains regular communication with candidates, updating them on their application status and next steps, while facilitating conversations around job security, income continuity, and career path customization
