• Conducts market research to identify talent trends and inform sourcing strategies, ensuring a proactive approach to sourcing talent for temporary workers.
• Identifies and researches potential candidates through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and direct outreach, to identify blue-collar candidates with limited online presence.
• Develops and maintains relationships with blue-collar candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the placement process. Ensures a positive experience throughout the placement process.
• Prepares an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline, ensuring that talent aligns with the specific needs of small- and mid-sized clients.
