Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage post-sales inquiries and resolve issues to ensure positive experience.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot product/service challenges.
• Oversee returns, exchanges, refunds per policies.
• Build relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
