Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Service Delivery Leader for Supply Chain - Procurement to drive Source-to-Pay transformations across Fortune 500 accounts. You will lead discussions, develop innovative procurement solutions, and implement standardized methodologies across multiple engagements.

You will engage senior executives, shape strategic directions, and mentor delivery teams to ensure high client satisfaction and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• Master's in Operations Management or equivalent.
• Experience in S2P, procurement, and supply chain leadership.
• Strong analytics, data literacy, and digital tool proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead Source-to-Pay discussions with clients as a subject matter specialist to drive process improvements.
• Develop and deliver proposals, transformation projects, and innovative S2P solutions.
• Implement standardized S2P methodologies across multi-account environments for consistency and scalability.
• Design frameworks, case studies, and benchmarking tools to optimize S2P and cost efficiency.
• Engage with senior executives to diagnose business challenges and commercialize S2P offerings.
• Provide mentorship and direction to practice teams to ensure successful delivery.

Job Description Responsibilities

• Lead Source-to-Pay (S2P) discussions with clients as a subject matter specialist, driving process improvements and strategic solutions.
