Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Specialist - SCM - Logistics Support to coordinate transportation, monitor shipments, and manage inventory across the supply chain. You will collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and drive cost-effective logistics improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in business Admin, industrial eng, logistics or SCM related fields.
• Masters in Operations Management or equivalent preferred.
• Professional certifications in SAP Ariba, CPSM, CIPS are advantageous.
• Proven knowledge of supplier management and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation, distribution, and timely delivery across the supply chain.
• Monitor shipment schedules, track deliveries, and meet timelines.
• Maintain inventory levels and update ERP/tracking systems.
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve bottlenecks.

Job Description Responsibilities

• Coordinate the transportation, distribution, and timely delivery of goods across the supply chain.
• Monitor shipment schedules, track deliveries, and ensure adherence to agreed timelines.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and update records in ERP or relevant tracking systems.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve logistics issues and bottlenecks.
• Assist in optimizing logistics and supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Support reporting and analysis of logistics performance metrics to drive operational improvements.
