Job summary

Genpact India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Service Delivery Leader in Supply Chain Management to oversee order fulfillment, drive process improvements, and mentor large teams in a fast-moving, AI-enabled environment.

You will monitor SCM metrics, advise forecasting teams, ensure on-time delivery, and collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to optimize materials availability and repair orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/engineering or related field.
• Masters in operations management or supply chain preferred.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP certifications highly desirable.
• Strong in planning, control and risk management with SCM analytics.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage order fulfillment to meet requested ship dates (RSDD).
• Implement process improvements to reduce partial shipments and optimize order management.
• Monitor and drive improvements in SCM/Order Management metrics (network health, supplier performance, MAPE).
• Advise planning and forecasting teams on bottlenecks affecting on-time fulfillment.
• Track and optimize order entry times to improve on-time delivery (OTD).
• Maintain communication with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely materials and smooth repair orders.
• Lead and mentor large teams, deploying digital solutions to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Job Description Responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage order fulfillment to meet requested ship dates (RSDD) while minimizing critical issues and delays.
• Implement process improvements to reduce partial shipments and optimize overall order management efficiency.
• Monitor and drive improvements in key SCM/Order Management metrics, including network health, supplier performance, forecasting accuracy, MAPE, and order fill rate.
• Advise planning and forecasting teams on bottlenecks and gaps that negatively impact on-time order fulfillment.
• Track and optimize order entry times to improve overall on-time delivery (OTD) performance.
• Maintain regular communication with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely availability of materials and smooth execution of repair orders.
• Lead and mentor large teams, driving workforce optimization and deploying digital solutions where applicable to enhance efficiency and business profitability.
