Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Specialist in SCM - Planning & After Sales to manage post-sales inquiries and deliver technical guidance to customers. You will oversee returns, exchanges, and refunds, while building strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and internal teams to implement retention strategies and monitor feedback for continuous improvement. A solid SCM background and relevant certifications will help drive impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in business, engineering, logistics or supply chain management; master's in operations management preferred.
• Industry certifications in APICS/ISM/ISM CPSM are a plus.
• Experience in post-sales support and SCM tooling is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-sales customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot product/service challenges for customers.
• Oversee returns, exchanges, and refunds per policy.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to boost satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and internal teams to implement retention strategies.
• Monitor feedback to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
• Document customer interactions, resolutions, and KPIs for reporting and improvement.
