Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Service Delivery Leader for SCM - Planning & After Sales to drive end-to-end supply chain strategies. The role focuses on operational excellence, client relationship management, and delivery of end-to-end planning solutions across demand, supply, S&OP, deployment, and allocation functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead service delivery for the Supply Chain Management team, ensuring operational excellence while building strong client relationships.
• Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain solutions across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Deployment Planning, Allocation Planning, and related functions, incorporating process redesign, analytics, and digital interventions with commercial considerations.
• Manage and drive strategic projects within the client’s supply chain functions, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to deploy Genpact supply chain solutions in the market, and support training and enablement of internal stakeholders.
• Champion the adoption of supply chain products and solutions, promoting best practices and value delivery across clients and internal teams.
• Gather, consolidate, and share client feedback with Product leaders to validate strategies and inform the development of new solutions.
• Demonstrate thought leadership by producing insights through Blogs, Articles, Whitepapers, and other knowledge-sharing initiatives.
