Job summary

greytHR in Bengaluru, India, invites an implementation specialist to lead the full lifecycle of client deployments—from requirements gathering to deployment and go-live. You will tailor SaaS/HRMS workflows, run client workshops, and ensure data migration integrity.

You will train client teams during UAT and post go-live, coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success, and document best practices to enable reusable configurations for future projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• Certifications in project management (Agile/Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2) or SaaS tools preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in product implementation, solution delivery, or consulting; strong knowledge of SaaS/HRMS/workflows.

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Educational

Professional

• 2–4 years of experience in product implementation, solution delivery, or consulting.
