Job summary

greytHR is seeking an Implementation Specialist in Hyderabad to lead SaaS HRMS deployments for client organizations. You will gather requirements, configure modules, perform data migrations, and manage UAT from start to go-live.

You’ll also train client teams and coordinate with product, engineering, and support to resolve issues. The role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business or related field.
• Certifications in project management (Agile/Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2) or SaaS tools preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in product implementation, solution delivery, or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS/HRMS/Enterprise software workflows.
• Hands-on experience with data migration, system configuration, and UAT management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/SQL for data handling and analysis.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities
