The role involves leading requirement sessions, mapping workflows, and mentoring junior consultants. Ideal candidates will possess strong HR/payroll expertise, 6–8 years of consulting experience, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

  • 6–8 years of experience in HR/payroll solution consulting, implementation, or HCM deployment.
  • Proven expertise in HR/payroll process mapping, requirement analysis, and solution design.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and guide team members toward successful delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirement discovery sessions with clients to capture HR and payroll processes.
  • Map business requirements to product capabilities.
  • Configure and validate solutions in line with client maturity.
  • Document detailed requirements, workflows, and solution designs.
  • Collaborate with Product Implementation Experts to ensure success.
  • Support escalations with consultative, solution-oriented interventions.
  • Conduct client training sessions on configured solutions to ensure readiness and adoption.
  • Track requirement-related timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Guide and mentor junior solution consultants in client delivery and best practices.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and consultative Team Lead – Product Implementation to drive HR and payroll solution design and implementation for enterprise clients. The role involves leading requirement discovery sessions, mapping business processes, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring successful adoption of HR technology platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong HR/payroll domain expertise, deep product knowledge, and the ability to manage client engagements end-to-end while mentoring junior consultants and ensuring value delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead requirement discovery sessions with clients to capture HR and payroll processes, workflows, and compliance structures.
  • Map business requirements to product capabilities, ensuring accurate and scalable solutions.
  • Configure and validate solutions in line with client maturity, HR operations, and compliance requirements.
  • Document detailed requirements, workflows, and solution designs for client sign-off.
  • Collaborate with Product Implementation Experts and CSMs to ensure seamless execution and onboarding success.
  • Support escalations by providing consultative, solution-oriented interventions.
  • Conduct client training sessions on configured solutions to ensure readiness and adoption.
  • Track requirement-related timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Guide and mentor junior solution consultants in client delivery and best practices.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of HR technology trends, compliance changes, and product enhancements.
Educational
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
  • Certifications in HR/payroll technology or consulting (SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) preferred.
Professional
  • 6–8 years of experience in HR/payroll solution consulting, implementation, or HCM deployment.
  • Proven expertise in HR/payroll process mapping, requirement analysis, and solution design.
  • Experience working on HRMS/HCM platforms (e.g., greytHR, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, Darwinbox, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and client engagement abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and guide team members toward successful delivery.
