Job summary

Lennox India Technology Centre in Chennai seeks an IT PMO support professional to oversee residential project management office activities, review progress and financials, and ensure alignment with approved scopes.

You will drive SDLC process reviews, track budgets and benefits, promote Agile, Scrum and Lean delivery, and coordinate cross-functional teams globally to deliver program milestones.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• IT point of contact to support the Residential PMO reviews
• Review SDLC processes and track project status in PMO tooling
• Monitor weekly costs across projects (CAPEX vs OPEX) and ensure alignment with budgets
• Provide leadership reporting and RCA documentation
• Promote Agile, Scrum and Lean delivery practices
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency across programs
• Coordinate delivery across global, cross-functional teams
• Communicate progress, risks, dependencies and decisions to stakeholders

Responsibilities

This position will be for IT point of contact to support the Residential Project Management Office in all the project review and financial reviews

PMO Support

• SDLC process review to ensure all residential projects are tracked appropriately
• Review project status updated in PMO with progress in SDLC Tool
• Weekly cost incurrence across project (CAPEX vs OPEX) to ensure in line with project budget
• Leadership reporting
• RCA from project team for documentation
• Project benefits capture
• Surveys for projects
• Project Reporting (Steering Committee)
• Promote Agile, Scrum, and Lean delivery practices.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Monitor delivery performance metrics and corrective actions.
• Foster accountability, transparency, and delivery excellence.
