Responsibilities

• IT point of contact to support Residential PMO in project reviews and financial reviews.
• Support SDLC process reviews to ensure projects are tracked properly.
• Review project status in PMO with SDLC progress.
• Track weekly costs (CAPEX vs OPEX) against budget.
• Prepare leadership reports and documentation.
• Capture project benefits and survey outcomes.
• Maintain Tech Debt register and project reporting for Steering Committee.
• Promote Agile, Scrum, and Lean delivery practices.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Oversee multiple projects and workstreams; monitor health, timelines, budgets, risks.
• Coordinate delivery across global and cross-functional teams.
• Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions to stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships to enable program execution.

Responsibilities This position will be for IT point of contact to support the Residential Project Management Office in all the project review and financial reviews PMO Support SDLC process review to ensure all residential projects are tracked appropriately Review project status updated in PMO with progress in SDLC Tool Weekly cost incurrence across project (CAPEX vs OPEX) to ensure in line with project budget Leadership reporting RCA from project team for documentation Project benefits capture Surveys for projects Tech Debt register Project Reporting (Steering Committee) Promote Agile, Scrum, and Lean delivery practices. Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Monitor delivery performance metrics and corrective actions. Foster accountability, transparency, and delivery excellence.
