Job summary

Randstad Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Specialist, Internal Talent Acquisition to drive tactical recruitment activities and empower the TA team. You will research external markets for key talent, qualify headhunted profiles, and mentor teammates to hit SLAs and KPIs.

You will prepare candidate profiles and recommendations for TA colleagues at all levels. The role emphasizes ownership of end-to-end internal recruitment processes, collaboration with stakeholders, and a strong learning
